The service
docbook.ai provides appointment booking, live queue, patient records and reminders for clinics and hospitals (“you”). Patients use it to book with your clinic.
Your account
Keep logins safe. Your admin approves staff and is responsible for who has access. Tell us quickly if you suspect misuse.
Clinical responsibility
docbook.ai is an administrative and record-keeping tool. Doctors remain fully responsible for diagnosis, treatment and prescriptions.
Your data
Your clinic owns its data. You are responsible for getting patient consent where required; our sign-up flow helps you capture it. You can export your data anytime.
Fees
Plans are billed monthly or annually as shown on the pricing page, plus 18% GST. The 14-day trial needs no card. No commission or per-booking fees apply.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Monthly plans stop at the end of the billing month. Annual plans can be refunded in full within 30 days of payment.
Fair use
Don’t misuse the service, send spam reminders, or try to access data you aren’t allowed to see.
Availability & liability
We work hard to keep docbook.ai available and secure but can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
